H.B. Fuller Brings Little Free Library to Valley View Elementary
Valley View Elementary is the newest locations of a Little Free Library. Volunteers from H.B. Fuller in Fridley constructed and installed a Little Free Library as part of a community service project. The team also donated books to fill the Little Free Library.
“The hope is students and the many families that use the playground on evenings and weekends, will enjoy finding new books to read, as well as donating back books they have finished so others may enjoy them too,” said Shari Alexon. “We are excited to have this opportunity for our students to have access to books after school hours.”
“We are elated to have received this wonderful addition to our outdoor playground from HB Fuller," said Valley View Principal Jason Kuhlman. "It will give families the opportunity to enjoy a good book and exercise all in one place. I can just see students sitting on top of the playground reading a book on a warm summer day.”
Valley View’s Little Free Library is located on the west side of the school alone Monroe Street NE, near the playground.
